Online video is the most popular digital music format, according to a survey conducted by Nielsen and Midem, with 57 percent of respondents reporting they had watched online video in the last three months.
Former Motown Records President Sylvia Rhone may be headed to Sony Music Entertainment to relaunch the company's Portrait Records, according to Billboard.biz.

Nominations were announced for the MTV Europe Music Awards 2010 with GRAMMY winner Lady Gaga and GRAMMY-nominated artist Katy Perry receiving five nominations each, including Best Pop, Best Song, Best Female, and Best Video.
